BOSTON— Valencia Realty Capital is Boston’s newest commercial real estate mortgage banking firm, taking access to real estate capital to a new level by matching investors with the best deal on a commercial real estate mortgage.
The firm is leveling the playing field for independent real estate investors by providing access to institutional-level debt market expertise, strong capital relationships, and a sophisticated technology-driven process, saving these borrowers time and money.

Prior to founding Valencia Realty Capital, Mr. Smeke served as principal of GoldCoast Commercial Mortgage. His entrepreneurial real estate experience began during the 2008-2009 market trough, identifying dislocations in the real estate market to acquire and renovate distressed residential real estate assets.
He also arranged creative private financing for real estate developers coming out of the recession. Mr. Smeke graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
